Albert started his career on Wall Street at Goldman Sachs. At Goldman Sachs, Albert engineered critical distributed systems that powered the Apple Card, a credit card offering for millions of Americans. Albert’s experience from working with Apple gave him the critical partnership skills required to deliver world-class products at scale. 

Throughout his career, Albert has innovated on using alternative data sources to facilitate consumer credit. As an executive of a New York based start-up, Albert led the product and engineering teams in building API integrations with top real estate market place data providers and the leading credit rating agencies in the United States.

Albert is a compassionate leader who does not shy away from bringing structure to unstructured processes. He loves to roll up his sleeves and innovate on antiquated systems if need be, to build delightful experiences for customers.

 

Ameer Shujjah

Ameer was a lead engineer at Audible, an Amazon company that provides a marketplace for audiobooks. While at Audible, Ameer led a team of engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to drive improvements in the Audible search ecosystem.  Ameer gained invaluable experience leveraging big data to draw useful revenue-producing and customer experience-enhancing insights using the latest cloud machine learning technologies. 

Ameer started his career on Wall Street at Deutsche Bank. At Deutsche Bank,  Ameer was a key member of the global innovation team. Ameer performed evaluations of FinTech startups by quickly prototyping their technologies and assessing synergies with business groups within the global firm. 

Ameer’s superpower is his first-principles approach to problem-solving. He is an excellent operator who can take a problem from idea to execution by crafting focused strategies and leading high performing teams of diverse backgrounds.
